What happens if I make a mistake on my order?
If you make a mistake on your order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@thestitchededition.com.au
Once an order has been personalised, we are unable to make any changes. Should you see any information on your order confirmation that is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update this prior to production.We ask that you double check spelling on your order to ensure no mistakes are made.
What happens if I receive the incorrect order or something is missing?
If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please check your order confirmation to confirm whether we have sent the correct item, if your order does not match your order confirmation please email us straight away and we will sort it out for you.
What if my order is faulty?
If your order is faulty please email us immediately at info@thehestitchededition.com.au

When will I receive my order?
We do our best to get your personalised products to you as quickly as we can. Please bear in mind that due to the nature of our personalisation processes, processing can take between 3-5 days. If you need an order quicker than this, please email us at info@thestitchededition.com.au
Our products are sent via Australia Post. Allow an additional 2-5 business days for standard shipping or an additional 1-2 business days for express delivery.You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched so you can track it through the Australia Post Website.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
Items marked as pre-order will be shipped according to the expected dispatch dates listed in the product description. We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability, however, the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email info@thestitchededition.com.au if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a separate order if any items from your order are urgent.
Can I refund or exchange my order?
We unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchange for products due to our products being personalised and made to order. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.
How do I take care of my products?
Included in your delivery you will receive washing instructions on how to care for your products. We recommend that you either wash your garments by hand or on a delicate cycle in the washing machine. Generally wear and tear is expected on garments the more they are worn and washed.
What size fonts do you use?
Font sizes vary depending on the product being embroidered. We scale the font size to the size of the item we are personalising for you.
Our onesie and t-shirt fonts vary between ½ inch, ¾ inch, and 1 inch depending on size of name and placement of name on garment. Names shorter than 6 letters will use a larger font compared to names larger than 6 letters.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that all personal information is kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will we share your information with a third party. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, The Stitched Edition does custom orders. Please email us at info@thestitchededition.com.au with your request and we will be happy to discuss this with you further.
Do you do gift boxes?
Yes, we offer gift boxes for your items at an additional cost. Please ensure you add the gift box to your cart and we will packaging your gift for you. You can also add a personalised note with your package.
